Q: Do you deliver to addresses in Wales, Scotland & Ireland? 

 

A: We do deliver to parts of Scotland and Wales these are shown on our delivery information page. However unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Ireland. 

 

Q: Are Direct Insulation an environmentally friendly company?

 

A: Direct Insulations parent company Building Materials Direct Ltd.  are very pro-active in being environmentally friendly and are continually monitoring ways in which it can reduce its businesses impact on the environment,.

Q: What happens if I receive damaged materials or if there is something missing from my order?

 

A: In the instance of damages or missing items you are required to sign for materials at the time of delivery and you should: 

a) Note on the delivery drivers paperwork what is missing or damaged and

b) Contact us straight away by telephone on 01793-791010 or you can also e-mail us at info@buildingmaterialsdirect.com to let us know that there is a problem.

We can always resolve these issues if both of these responses are carried out.
